MNC Bank signs MOU with Intiland

SURABAYA- PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk continues to strengthen cooperation with various developers to improve bank performance in 2018. One of this process result are, MNC Bank cooperates with several subsidiaries from Intiland Development to spur growth of Landed and Apartment mortgage.
"Intiland Group is one of our strategic partners in order to boost the company's performance, especially in the consumer credit market. The partnership is aimed at continuing to increase MNC Bank mortgage market as well as a follow up to good cooperation with Intiland Group which previously had obtained a working capital facility with a ceiling of Rp 264 billion at MNC Bank. "The President Director of MNC Bank Benny Purnomo after signing MOU between MNC Bank and Deputy President Director of Intiland Development Sinarto Dharmawan in Surabaya, Tuesday (3/4).
Benny Purnomo explained that the cooperation with several subsidiaries of Intiland is a proof of confidence of property companies in Indonesia to MNC Bank. Meanwhile, Intiland subsidiaries that are bound by MOU with MNC Bank are Grande Famili View, Intiland Grande, Grande Imperial, Primasentosa Ganda, and Sinar Cemerlang Gemilang. In addition to channeling commercial loans for the working capital needs of Intiland Group, MNC Bank is also believed to be the mortgage partner of Intiland property sales. In the signed cooperation, it was agreed that both parties should support each other in providing mortgage program.
Deputy President Director of Intiland Development Sinarto Dharmawan is confident of answering the confidence of MNC Bank and being a valued partner in the Indonesian property industry. It can not be separated from the facilities and strategic position of several projects from each Intiland entity such as Grafa Family, Graha Natura, Sumatra36, Praxis, and Graha Golf.
Furthermore, Sinarto Dharmawan believes that demand for both landed and vertical properties in Surabaya and East Java will continue to grow. This is believed to be in line with the improving national property market is supported by a number of factors, such as economic indicators and investment climate that tends to grow positively. It certainly opens the prospect of further cooperation between MNC Bank and Intiland Group. In addition, with the position of Intiland Group as the top 3 land bank rulers (undeveloped and acquired land) in Indonesia, Sinarto believes to be a valuable partner for MNC Bank.
Property sector MNC Bank credit in 2017 showed good performance. In 2017, Mortgage's total portfolio amounted to Rp1.68 trillion, an increase of 54% over the previous year of Rp1.1 trillion. New loans granted at Rp853 billion in 2017 or up 87% of new loans in 2016. This, in addition to being supported by a good sales strategy, is also supported by partnerships with developers and property marketers. In addition, the Bank in 2017 also launched the application punyarumah, a mobile application with the support of augmented reality that allows people to find the ideal property.
